Summary: This would have a 10 but our room was WAY too hot. The air was basically not working and it was 90 degrees out. That’s the only reason I would consider not staying again or request a room with good air. Great breakfast, clean, and the front desk check in was super easy and very personable!

Summary: This place was a breath of fresh air compared to other smaller hotels/inns in the area. It was decently priced, clean, and accommodating. All of the staff we came across were kind, welcoming, and friendly. The breakfast was awesome. The room was nice and comfortable. There’s so much room and tables/chairs in the center area to hang out. My family utilized the hot tubs and the seating area to play games and hang out - a of people where just hanging out. It was so chill. It is close to everything too. Great option for a place to stay in Fargo! We will definitely return next year.

Summary: Always stay here on our way to Minneapolis. Beds are comfortable and they are always accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is pretty awesome.

Summary: Unique approach to common space... small sitting spa pools located around the open lobby space. Beds and sheets very nice. Clean and comfortable. Nice hot breakfast! Started mowing and weedwhacking right outside our ground floor window at 8am. Right outside!

Summary: Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it’s always clean and comfortable. The beds are good quality and comfortable. We really appreciate the breakfast at this hotel. There’s a lot of variety of food options. The lady that looks after the breakfast area is friendly and does an excellent job.

Summary: Very nice hotel. Convenient atea to lots of attractions including a really cool alien theme restaurant and arcade nearby. Also Fargo woodchipper from movie. Chrck in was easy. 2 young guys at checkin were very friendly. Room was comfortable. Had a balcony overlooking the hangout 1st floor (which to me is odd). Pool was nice. Hotel has 4 hottubs in lobby-sitting area (odd to me since its near the breakfast atea in morning) and 2 in pool area. They have a small arcade and ping pong table. Tons of seating areas as seen in pics online. Breakfast was exceptional with tons of options. Recommend this hotel.

Summary: Excellent hotel! Always clean and organized. Good breakfast with variety of foods and beverages. Super friendly staff. The pool is nice, yet enclosed so less noise. Numerous hot tubs in a beautiful indoor “courtyard” setting.

Summary: The air horn alarm went off several times both nights! The entire hotel was up for hours each night. All the hot tubs were cold. No compensation or apologies were given.
